The firm’s primarily focus is on high net worth and ultra-high net worth families along with their closely held businesses, as well as fund administration. Positions available and qualifications

Tax Consultant

• Minimum of three accounting and tax classes taken or previous experience in public accounting
• Ability to multi-task and be agile
• Team player
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally

Senior Tax Consultant

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Solid knowledge of 1040. Knowledge of 1065, 1120, and 1120S is a plus but not required.
• International forms such as 1040NR, 5471, 1120F is a plus but not required
• CPA preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task and be agile
• Team player
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally

Tax Manager

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Solid knowledge of 1040. Knowledge of 1065, 1120, and 1120S is also preferred.
• International forms such as 1040NR, 5471, 1120F is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform tax research
• CPA required, or eligible to sit for CPA exam.
• Ability to multi-task and be agile
• Team player
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally
