The firm’s primarily focus is on high net worth and ultra-high net worth families along with their closely held businesses, as well as fund administration. In addition, the firm has a large client base of entrepreneurs, start-up companies, hedge funds, and venture capital funds.

Positions available and qualifications

Tax Consultant

Minimum of three accounting and tax classes taken or previous experience in public accounting

    Ability to multi-task and be agile

    Team player

    Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally

    Submit un-official transcript with resume

Senior Tax Consultant

    Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting

    Solid knowledge of 1040. Knowledge of 1065, 1120, and 1120S is a plus but not required.

    International forms such as 1040NR, 5471, 1120F is a plus but not required

    CPA preferred but not required

    Ability to multi-task and be agile

    Team player

    Excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships internally and externally

Tax Manager

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting

    Solid knowledge of 1040. Knowledge of 1065, 1120, and 1120S is also preferred.

    International forms such as 1040NR, 5471, 1120F is a plus but not required

    Ability to perform tax research

    CPA required, or eligible to sit for CPA exam.

    Ability to multi-task and be agile

    Team player
